Ordering/ Returns

Orders can be placed via the following:

You will receive a  confirmation email within 24 hours 

If paying by money order  the order will be shipped upon receipt of money order.

Prices do not include shipping . 

Payment can be made via the following:  MASTERCARD, VISA, MONEY ORDER, COMPANY CHEQUE

Taxes and Duties:
We are required to charge 5% GST (13% HST where applicable) within Canada.
We are also required to charge 8% PST in the province of Ontario.

If you live outside of Canada, you are responsible for any state taxes, duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be added to your order by your respective state, province, territory, or country. Returns: No returns on orders placed after October 15th to October 31. No Exceptions.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped via UPS ground 

Please Note: Shipping Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the shipping company.

International orders: Items being shipped outside of Canada and the United States will be billed at the actual shipping costs that we are charged.

Returns

Items may be returned  within 5 days of receipt

 Please email this address for an RGA number before returning any  product.  backstageprop@yahoo.ca

 All items must be shipped prepaid, with insurance. Any damages on the return of your item are your responsibility.
 We will refund you the cost of the item, but NOT the cost of the shipping you paid.

Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
